Commitment to Safety

Our number one goal at CommStructures is a safe job site.

Aware of the importance of safety, all of our employees are required to complete the Comtrain Tower Climbing and Rescue course each year. New hire and refresher training is carried out on our own 200’ training tower here on the grounds of our facility in Pensacola, Florida.

Our tower is additionally used to train crews in the evaluation and installation of new tools, equipment, and products, allowing our crews to become familiar with new duties and equipment within a safe and controlled environment. This allows us to learn on our tower, not yours.

In addition to the Comtrain course, our employees take part in RF Awareness Training, OSHA Construction 10hr and 30hr courses, NWSA, as well as weekly safety meetings and monthly safety topic discussions and presentations.
